Assistant Professor Thea Copeland joined the Fermanian School of Business in 2022 as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing, teaching marketing and data analytics, blending academic knowledge and real-world expertise. Professor Copeland began her career as a sales engineer in industrial manufacturing before moving into B2B marketing, specializing in strategy, digital marketing, and analytics. She spent 10 years on executive leadership teams overseeing marketing, analytics, sales enablement, business development, supplier relations, and change management. Currently, she is pursuing her D.B.A. at George Fox University with a concentration in business analytics.
