Point Loma won the award that honors the athletic department with the best overall performance in the PacWest based on average conference finish.

¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç had a score of 12.36 which was nearly two points higher than second-placed Azusa Pacific (10.58).

"Winning the Bob Hogue Commissioner's Cup is a testament to the extraordinary dedication of our coaches, student-athletes and staff at Point Loma Nazarene," Interim Athletic Director Jordan Courneya said. "This achievement reflects their relentless pursuit of excellence, both on and off the field and courts, and the unwavering commitment to our mission."

The Sea Lions tied a department record, set just last year, with five PacWest regular season championships in 2024-25. Those five conference championships led the PacWest each of the last two years, despite ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç offering just 11 of the 15 total conference-sponsored sports.

Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Women's Tennis all won PacWest titles this year.

Volleyball and Baseball finished in second place in the conference standings, while Women's Cross Country and Men's Tennis placed third at their respective PacWest Championships.

"I want to especially honor Ethan Hamilton, whose visionary leadership and passion for this department set the foundation for our success," Courneya said. "His legacy continues to inspire us, and this accomplishment is a reflection of the lasting impact he made on our entire campus community."

The Sea Lions also claimed tournament titles in women's soccer, men's basketball and women's basketball which were not factored into the Commissioner's Cup points total. The eight PacWest trophies won this year set a new ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç record.

10 ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç teams competed in the NCAA postseason, the most in department history, with three reaching the Round of 16 in the national tournament.
