I am pleased to share that Dr. Stacey Berggren has been selected as ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç’s Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing.
Stacey currently serves at Northwest Nazarene University as Vice President for Enrollment Management and brings more than two decades of leadership experience in enrollment, admissions, marketing, and student support within Christian higher education. Throughout her career, she has helped lead strategic enrollment growth efforts and strengthen institutional collaboration in ways that support both mission and student success. I have attached Stacey’s resume if you would like to learn more about her background and experience.
This search process was similar to our recent Vice President for Student Life and Formation search and included a national pool of candidates, with two finalists invited to campus to participate in interviews and conversations with members of our community. During their visits, the finalists participated in an open Q&A session with members of the Marketing, GPS, and TUG Admissions teams and also met with direct reports, the search advisory committee, and Cabinet.
Throughout the process, Stacey demonstrated thoughtful leadership, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing enrollment and higher education today. She also demonstrated a collaborative spirit and a genuine appreciation for the people, mission, and work of ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç.
Stacey wanted to share, "I am blessed and honored to join the ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç community. From my earliest conversations with the President, the Cabinet, and other campus leaders, I was inspired by ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç's deep commitment to academic excellence, Christ-centeredness, and student transformation. The university's mission and vision resonate strongly with my own values, and I look forward to partnering with the President, the Cabinet, the faculty, the staff, and members of the Enrollment and Marketing team to advance that mission. I am grateful for this opportunity and eager to contribute to the remarkable future that lies ahead for ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç."
I am grateful to the members of the search advisory committee, as well as the Marketing, GPS, and TUG Admissions teams, for the time, engagement, and thoughtful feedback they contributed throughout this search.
Grace and peace,
Dr. Kerry Fulcher
President, ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç
